Vintage Township Parks

Any of our many parks can be reserved for a variety of special events and offers a picturesque park setting surrounded by some of Vintage Township's finest homes. Each park in our community has unique and different features that vary from park to park. For example, Founder's Park features a large grassy area, a border of Red Oak trees and a luxurious raised brick pergola and Salisbury Park features a grand classical gazebo and water feature. Call us at 806-438-8123 for more information on available park reservations and specifications or visit our Sales Center at 12002 Trafalgar from Monday-Friday, 8:30a - 5:30p.

Fees are as follows:

Monday - Saturday (8:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.)

       a. $100 security deposit (refundable) 

       b. $250 Rental Fee (depending on which Park area is being reserved)

Town Hall                                                                                                                                                  

Town Hall is a destination all in itself. The spacious event room offers an open area framed by tall sunlight filled windows on all sides with a view overlooking the East Commons. Neutral wall colors and flooring make the perfect canvas for any decorative theme or color scheme. The exterior presents a sophisticated background with spacious areas for photos and the formal lawn area for additional usage.

Available to both non-residents and residents of Vintage Township. Anyone reserving the use of the Town Hall must sign an agreement and pay fees to hold the room for their reservation. 

The Town Hall is available for reservation from Monday - Saturday(from 8:00a.m. - 10 p.m.), pending selected date has not already been reserved by another party.

Fees are as follows:

     Monday - Thursday: Daytime (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.)

        a. $250 security deposit 

        b. $250 rental fee & $50 cleaning fee

     Monday - Wednesday: Evening (6 p.m. - 10 p.m.)

        a. $250 security deposit

        b. $450 rental fee & $50 cleaning fee

    Thursday Evening (6 p.m. - 10 p.m.)

        a. $250 security deposit

        b. $650 rental fee & $50 cleaning fee

    Friday & Saturday: Any day part

        a. $250 security deposit

        b. $750 rental fee & $50 Cleaning Fee
