An Evening to Remember

Don't miss this year's "Evening to Remember," one of Lubbock's most exclusive Christmas evening events at Vintage Township. The evening includes elegant hors d'oeuvres and wine by D'Vine Wine, exclusive evening Christmas home tours of several of Vintage Township's finest homes, horse drawn carriage rides around Founders Park, Silent Auction and Raffle, Hot Chocolate and Select Desserts by Starbuck's. Tickets are just $40 and can be purchased at the Vintage Township Sales Office starting November 13th.
Santa & Mrs. Claus at Winter Wonderland

Visit Santa & Mrs. Claus at Vintage Township's Winter Wonderland starting on Friday, December 2nd. Santa & Mrs. Claus will be in the Vintage Township Sales Center in the evenings from 6:00 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on Friday & Saturday, December 2nd & 3rd, 9th & 10th, and 16th & 17th. Admission to see Santa is free with one canned food item for the U-Can-Share Food Drive. Each child who brings a can of food will receive a special Christmas gift from Santa & a local Lubbock business. Call 771-1117 for directions or questions.

The Annual Daytime Christmas Home Tours or Winter Wonderland is a highly anticipated event that you will not want to miss. Join us on Saturday, December 3rd from 10 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., for tours of many of the most beautiful homes in Vintage Township in all their Christmas splendor. Tickets for this event are only $10 per person to view several unique homes throughout the neighborhood. Tickets will be available at the Vintage Township Sales Office beginning Monday, November 14th.

Vintage Family Fall Festival

Join us at Vintage Township's Town Hall for the annual Family Fall Festival sponsored by Kingdom Prepatory Achedemy on Friday, October 28th from 6:00p-9:00p. Free admittance to the carnival, persons who choose to play the games or participate in a booth will pay $10 for children, or $30 per family maximum. This annual event includes games, candy, and so much more. Don't miss this fun filled event for the whole community.

Vintage Township will be partnering with Lubbock's Sunburst Farms on Saturday, October 8th from 1p-4p, to host a Farmer's Market featuring a wide variety of produce and vegetables fresh from the field. The Farmer's Market will be located at Vintage Township's Market Hall at the insection of Trafalgar Ave & 120th blvd.

A fun and family friendly patriotic event that starts off with a special Parade around Founders Park. Kids and adults alike can decorate their bikes, buggies, wagons, scooters and more with stars and stripes with red, white and blue. Patriotic characters from throughout United States history will also be available for photos. Water activities will be available so bring your towels and water fun wear. This event is free for the public to attend.
Camp Rock by Hub City Performing Arts

Join us for theatrical production of Disney's "Camp Rock" performed by the Lubbock Hub City Performing Arts School in Vintage Township's Founders Park on June 30th at 5:00P & July 1st at 6:30p. "Camp Rock" is an entertaining rock n' roll Cinderella story of Mitchie Torres, a teen with an amazing voice and a driving ambition to be a pop singer who wants to spend her summer at a prestigious rock camp. Unfortunately, an expensive music camp is a bit out of reach for her family, but her mother gets a job as Camp Rock's cook so that Mitchie can attend as long as she helps out in the kitchen between classes. When she's overheard singing, but not seen, by teen pop star and celebrity camp instructor, plus lead singer of Connect Three, Shane Gray, he is completely taken and sets out to find the girl behind the beautiful voice. Meanwhile, Mitchie will have to learn how to confront her fears, step out of the kitchen and into the spotlight as herself.

Free with admission for adults and totally free for children, this one night only event during the 2011 Parade of Homes at Vintage Township will delight parents and children of all ages alike. On Saturday, June 25th from 3p-8p, the Vintage Parade of Homes site will be transformed into a retro-style carnival complete with games, cotton candy, huge castle bounce house and adventure bounce obstacle course provided by Spoil Me Rotten. Free Chick-fil-A chicken sandwiches for the first 100 guests!

Vintage Summer Days Wine & Music Festival

Fairy Tale Feast

Like a storybook come to life, children are invited to come to Vintage Township Founders Park in their favorite Fairy Tale costumes for a one of a kind picnic in the park and Fairy Tale experience on Saturday, May 21st from 1pm-3pm. They can meet and take pictures with live fairy tale characters (performed by Hub City Performing Arts), take a carriage ride around the park, participate in fairy tale crafts, enjoy a special themed concert performance by Hub City Performing Arts and so much more. Tickets can be purchased at the Vintage Township Sales Center at 12002 Trafalgar Street. Tickets are $15.
Miles for Missions

Support missions and get a work out at Pursue Missions' 2nd Annual Miles for Missions race! Mark your calendars now, and bring out the entire family to Vintage Township's Founders Park (114th & Quaker) on Saturday, April 30th at 9:00am! You choose between a 1 mile or 5k race that you can run or walk at your own pace. The cost per entrant is only $15, and you will get a Miles for Missions t-shirt plus a free breakfast after the race. Co-sponsored by Live Oak Community Church, this special event will feature entertainment, train rides for the kids and so much more. There is no charge to attend.
