Winter Wonderland Evening Home Tours

The Annual Evening Christmas Home Tours at Vintage Township is a highly anticipated Holiday event that you will not want to miss. Join us on Saturday, December 15th from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., for tours of many of the most beautiful homes in Vintage Township in all their Christmas splendor. Tickets for this event are only $10 per person to view several unique homes throughout the neighborhood. Tickets will be available at the Vintage Township Sales Office, The Station Panini Grill beginning Thursday, November 29th or may be purchased the night of the event at the Vintage Town Hall. Join us at Vintage Township's Winter Wonderland from now through Saturday, December 31st. As evening falls we will illuminate the thousands of lights of the Winter Wonderland Enchanted Forest from 6:00p to 10:00p. Christmas Light display only. No carriage rides or other events.
Vintage Family Fall Festival

Join us at Vintage Township's Town Hall for the annual Family Fall Festival sponsored by Kingdom Prepatory Achedemy on Friday, October 26th from 6:00p-9:00p. Free admittance to the carnival, persons who choose to play the games or participate in a booth will pay $10 for children, or $30 per family maximum. This annual event includes games, candy, and so much more. Don't miss this fun filled event for the whole community.
Movie in the Park

Join us at Founders Park on Friday, August 17th at 9:00p for a movie at the park. Bring your blankets and lawn chairs and make yourself comfortable while you enjoy a movie under the stars. The August movie will be Stephen Speilburg's "ET," the heartwarming story of a little boy named Elliott who finds E.T. (Extraterrestrial), a visitor from another planet left stranded on Earth and hiding in his backyard. Elliott decides to keep E.T. while hiding him from his mother, meanwhile a beautiful and unique friendship is formed between the little boy and the little alien.

In "Willy Wonka the Musical," Roald Dahl's timeless story of the world famous candy man and his quest to find an heir comes to life in this stage adaptation of Charlie and The Chocolate Factory, which features the songs from the classic family film Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

"Fame Jr." FAME JR. is the bittersweet but ultimately inspiring story of a diverse group of students as they commit to four years of grueling artistic and academic work. With candor, humor and insight, the show explores the issues that confront many young people today.
Super Summer Showcase of Homes

The Super Summer Showcase of Homes will feature 7 of Vintage Township's finest homes ranging from a charming bungalow home to a $1 million+ manor. This family fun event will feature live music & free hot dogs at "The Station," Vintage's new poolside restaurant & grill as well as a jumper for the little ones to enjoy. High Art on the South Plains

Join the Louise Underwood Center for the Arts on Saturday, July 14th from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. at Vintage Township Founders Park & Town Hall as they present "High Art on the South Plains." The event will be feature an unprecidented free art exhibition showcasing the best of art and culture in West Texas including sculpture, pottery, and painting, live music from Tina Turner and the Midnight Express, a performance by Ballet Folklorico, wine by the glass provided by McPherson Cellars, Caricature Artist Will Terrell and so much more. July Celebration

Join us on Tuesday, July 3rd at 5:30 p.m. at Founders Park for Vintage's Annual July 3rd Celebration. A fun and family friendly patriotic event that starts off with a special Parade around Founders Park. Kids and adults alike can decorate their bikes, buggies, wagons, scooters and more with stars and stripes with red, white and blue. Patriotic characters from throughout United States history will also be available for photos. Water activities will be available so bring your towels and water fun wear. This event is free for the public to attend.
Concert in the Park

Join us at Vintage Township's Founders Park for our free Summer Concert in the Park on Friday, June 22nd at 8:00 p.m. Admission is free, so come on out and bring your lawn chairs and your picnic blankets to enjoy an evening of great live classic rock music by two of Lubbock's best local bands. Vintage Township is located off the corner of 114th Street & Quaker Ave. Turn off Quaker to 114th Street and continue to the first southbound street, Trafalgar Ave. Turn south on Trafalgar and you will see Founders Park in just a few blocks.
Running to the Rescue

The Running to Rescue 5K Run/Walk, is a fundraiser organized by the Prize Women's Ministry of Trinity Church to help raise awareness of the global crisis of human trafficking as well as to raise funds to assist in rescue efforts for victims of human trafficking. You may register for the race by visiting the Trinity Church Website at www.trinitytoday.com or on the day of the race. On race day, registration will begin at 8:00 a.m. and the race will begin at 9:15 a.m. The individual registration fee is $12 per person and a team of 6 people or more may register for $10 per person. Miles for Missions

Support missions and get a work out at Pursue Missions' 3rd Annual Miles for Missions race! Mark your calendars now, and bring out the entire family to Vintage Township's Founders Park (114th & Quaker) on Saturday, April 14th at 9:00am! You choose between a 1 mile or 5k race that you can run or walk at your own pace. The cost per entrant is only $15, and you will get a Miles for Missions t-shirt plus a free breakfast after the race.
