Town Assembly
The Vintage Town Assembly is the residential property owners association which is responsible for maintaining the neighborhood based on established policies. Its members focus on: 
- building working relationships among owners in the community;
- covenant enforcement, when necessary; and,
- physical maintenance and appearance of the common areas (our paths, parks, and recreational facilities).
The end result is protected architectural and community integrity for years to come. More importantly, it's an opportunity for you to make a difference and have a more beautiful world to live in.
